PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Welcome to Ozliannetar. This Purchasing Agreement establishes the terms that apply to commercial transactions completed through ozliannetar.com.

By placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge and agree to the provisions below. These purchasing terms operate together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other policies published on our website.

1. PURCHASING REQUIREMENTS

3. ORDER REVIEW, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

  • Payment verification concerns;
  • Suspected fraudulent activity;

We may request additional information or identity verification before an order is released for shipment.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

We also reserve the right to update product prices, specifications, product availability, or promotional offers at any time before an order is accepted.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & REPRESENTATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product images, colors, dimensions, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, minor variations may occur because of:

  • Differences in screen or display settings;
  • Lighting conditions used in product photography;
  • Normal manufacturing tolerances; or
  • Minor production variations between batches.

We therefore cannot guarantee that every visual representation or measurement displayed online will be completely identical to the physical product.

If an item you receive differs materially from the product description or arrives with a qualifying issue, please follow the procedures described in our Return Policy.

Even where accelerated or express checkout options are available, customers are encouraged to review the full product description and order details before completing payment.

5. PRICING ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on our Site are accurate. However, technical, administrative, or display errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is purchased at an obviously incorrect price caused by a system or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected transaction before shipment.

Where payment has already been received, the amount paid for the canceled transaction will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. INVENTORY & FULFILLMENT ESTIMATES

Although we work to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, certain international shipments may require up to 30 days after payment clearance, depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Transit and fulfillment times may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Customs processing;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • Supply chain disruptions; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A product shown as “in stock” does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may notify you and cancel the unavailable portion of the purchase. Any applicable payment adjustment or refund will then be processed accordingly.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & LOCAL COMPLIANCE

8. CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES

Some taxes may be calculated or collected during checkout where applicable.

However, additional charges may still be imposed by customs authorities, local governments, postal operators, or other agencies after the shipment reaches its destination.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for applicable:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Value-Added Tax (VAT);
  • Clearance fees;
  • Tariffs; and
  • Other destination-specific charges.

These amounts are generally separate from the product price and shipping fee charged through our Site.

9. GOVERNING LAW & BUSINESS INFORMATION

This Purchasing Agreement and transactions completed through Ozliannetar are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
